Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Femailer ships within the contiguous United States. Mailers are shipped to subscribers on the 15th of the month every 3 months (June/September/December/March) and non-subscription orders are shipped within 10 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. If a person subscribes after the initial mailing day of the mailing season, their orders will be shipped out within 5 business days. This is subject to change at any time, and any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances are not subject to a refund. For Canada addresses, it can take up to an additional 10 business days (total of 20), or longer, for delivery from when the package leaves our warehouse. Address changes must be made before the 1st of the billing month in order to take effect for that season’s shipping. If the address is not updated in time, your mailer will be shipped to the original address on your account.
Shipping schedule is as follows:
All Femailers ship on the 15th of the month of the mailing month within the season. For example:
Spring mailers ship March 15th
Summer mailers ship June 15th
Fall mailers ship September 15th
Winter mailers ship December 15th
If you become a member in between shipping seasons and the mailer is NOT yet sold out for the previous season, you may receive the previous season mailer in addition to the next scheduled mailer. If you become a member in between shipping seasons and mailers ARE sold out for the previous season, you will not receive your first mailer until the next mailing month. Please email us at email@example.com if you are not sure about when you will receive your first mailer.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time after receipt of their first Femailer by logging in to their Account Page and following the directions in our FAQs. Users will not be charged for cancellation. Since our mailers are sent on a quarterly basis, members canceling subscription(s) through their account page must do so prior to the 1st day of the payment month (e.g., by August 31st in order to cancel for a September renewal). Members requesting cancellation of subscription(s) via e-mail must do so by the 25th of the previous payment month to allow for manual processing of the cancellation (e.g., Subscriber must email cancellation request by August 25th in order to cancel their account prior to September/Fall renewal). If an Active Subscriber cancels their subscription, they will still receive products through the end of the then-current subscription term. Active Subscriber's subscriptions will not be renewed after the then-current term expires.
If a member purchases a subscription or products in advance (example: If they pay for 3 months in advance), they are not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for in advance, but will receive the mailers that were prepaid for. Anyone may re-subscribe at any time following cancellation. The Company does not allow Active Members to pause or suspend its subscriptions.
By using this Website, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refunds and no exchanges for any products provided by the Company of our supplier once we deliver these items to the carrier who delivers these products, unless the product received by you is damaged and/or expired. The Company provides a selection of products which may vary from mailer to mailer sent to various Users of the Service. The Company cannot accommodate specific requests for certain products, as the Company operates from a limited inventory of products depending on availability.
